O R D E R

% 04.10.2018 Four contempt cases have been instituted by owners of the land falling in Khasra Nos.57/3 min (0-19) and 57/4/2 min (0-091⁄2) situated in Village Prahladpur Bangar, Delhi. The petitioners complain that under the orders of DDA construction of the boundary wall is being carried out in gross violation of the interim order so passed by this court on 03.06.2016 and confirmed on 15.02.2018. Notice was issued in these matters. Counter affidavit has been filed.

Today a site plan has been handed over in Court to show that the area of the petitioners falls in the portion marked in orange whereas the construction is being carried out in the area falling in Khasra No.51/23 which is shown in black in the site plan. Copy of the site plan has been handed over in Court and also supplied to counsel for the petitioners who submits that after filing of the contempt petitions construction activity over the land belonging to the petitioners has been stopped and accordingly, she has instructions not to press the contempt petitions.

Binding the DDA to the stand taken in Court, the contempt petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
