The petitioner seeks interim bail for forty days to attend one month training programme from 15.05.2016 to 14.06.2016 being compulsory to appear in final examination of MA SOL PM by distinct education programme from Jain Vishva Bharti Institute (Deemed University), Rajasthan. Status report is on record. 2.
Factum of the petitioner to participate in the said compulsory training programme from 15.05.2016 to 14.06.2016 has been verified and confirmed.
This programme is to held by Jain Vishva Bharti Institute at Delhi Centre Aadyatm Sadhana Centre, Chhatarpur Road, New Delhi, during this period.
As per verification report, 75% attendance is required to appear in the final exams. 3.
The petitioner though is involved in serious offence under Sections 302/34 IPC, Nominal Roll dated 18.05.2016 reveals that he is in custody for last about one year, eight months and eight days. He is not a previous convict and is not involved in any other criminal BAIL APPLN. 981/2016
case.
His overall jail conduct is satisfactory.
Status report further reveals that twenty-one witnesses have already been examined. Earlier also the petitioner was granted interim bail for ten days and he duly surrendered in time on 03.05.2016. There are no allegations of its misuse.

The petitioner has placed on record order dated 15.05.2015 in Bail Application No.912/2015 'Mahesh Sharma vs. State' wherein in similar circumstance, the petitioner therein was granted interim bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and peculiar facts of the case, interim bail is granted to the petitioner from the date of release till 14.06.2016 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
During interim bail, the petitioner shall not leave territorial bounds of Delhi and shall not contact any prosecution witness.
On 15.06.2016, he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

The bail application stands disposed of in the above terms. 7.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
