Mr. Shiv Kumar, Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants nos. 1 (i), (iii) and (iv) and Mr. Manish Phore, Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant no. 1(ii) on instructions, seek permission to withdraw the present appeal by stating that the appellants do not want challenge the impugned judgment and decree dated 21.02.2018 and are accepting the same.
