After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that rate of interest granted by the trial court at 18% per annum simple is reduced to 10.5% per annum simple. Rest of the judgment will remain as it is. Whatever amount has been deposited by the appellants in this Court be released to the respondent alongwith accrued interest in appropriate satisfaction of the impugned judgment and decree. 2.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid consent order.
