1. The latest status report states that the Petitioner's son Sanjay was apparently done to death by one Karambir and certain other persons. Two of the accused Karambir and Sweety who are wanted in the present case are stated to be on the run. The investigation is stated to be under progress.

2. As far as identification of the deceased is concerned, his relatives are stated to have identified him through the photograph of the body recovered.

3. Mr. Mehra states that the police is trying to obtain the DNA sample of the deceased in order to send it to the FSL for verification.

4. None is appearing for the Petitioner. It appears that at this stage, the

Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition further. It is disposed of with the observation that the Court expects the Station House Officer of Police Station Bawana to take the case to its logical conclusion. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
