% 19.11.2018 The suit was decreed on 30th October, 2018. Parties confirm that the sale deed has been executed. It is confirmed that the TDS certificates have been handed over and the keys have also been handed over. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that house tax receipts for the recent years have been given to the Plaintiffs, however, for previous years the same have not been handed over. The Defendants do not have any objection if it is recorded that they shall hand over the proof of house tax payments for the previous years to the Plaintiffs. The liability of the payment of house tax till the date of decree will be of the Defendants. Mr. Naresh Verma, who is present on behalf of the Defendants, submits that fresh indemnity bonds, as directed in paragraph 5 of the last order, shall be handed over within two weeks. 50% of the court fee is directed to be refunded to the Plaintiffs as per the Court Fees Act, 1870.
The sale consideration, which is lying with the Deputy Registrar (Original) of this Court in the form of Demand Drafts to the tune of
Rs.2,20,92,377/-, shall be released to the Defendants within three working days.
No further orders are called for. Dasti.
