% 12.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent No.1/SDMC to take step to stop ongoing unauthorised and illegal construction carried out by respondents No.3 and 4 on the property bearing No.E-238, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave, Part-I, New Delhi110025. Two different status reports have been filed by respondent No.1/SDMC. As per status report dated 19.11.2018, demolition proceedings against the said property have been initiated on different dates. Sealing action has also been initiated. Regarding status report dated 12.02.2020, it is pleaded that demolition action was proposed but could not take place on account of non-availability of the police force due to ongoing election. None has appeared for the petitioner.

Respondent No.1/SDMC will continue to deal with the said property as per law.

With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
