Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter stands settled vide settlement agreement dated 15.11.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties further submitted that they have already moved the first Motion under Section 13 B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on 3.12.2018.

Petitioner as well as respondent No.2 and their respective counsel submitted that they have entered into the settlement on their own free will, without any pressure or coercion and shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 4.

The statement of the parties that they shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 15.11.2018 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CRL.M.A. 11757/2018 is also dismissed as withdrawn.
