O R D E R
% 16.04.2018 Pursuant to the last order by which the settlement was recorded by this court, the Appellant is present. He submits that his counsel is unavailable as he is out of station.
It is further submitted that he has handed over the key of the suit property to the counsel for the Respondent. The key has been given to the Respondents who are present in court. The Appellant further submits that if there are any other locks which are on the premises, the Respondents are
free to break open the locks and occupy the full property. He does not claim any right, title, interest in the said property. The Demand Drafts for the sum of Rs.34,50,000/- as recorded in the last order have been handed over to the Appellant in original today. The Court Master has obtained the signatures of the Appellant on the photocopies of the Demand Drafts acknowledging that he has received two Demand Drafts. The original Settlement Agreement dated 15th February, 2018 is retained on record. No further orders are called for. Both the appeals are dismissed as settled.
