% 10.08.2016 CM No.5332/2016 This is an application filed by the respondents seeking extension of time in complying with order dated 22.04.2015 in the aforesaid writ petition.

Noting the contents of the application as well as short affidavit filed by the respondents on 13.05.2016 and hearing Mr.Vivek Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who submit that the file is pending consideration of the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance and on their approval, the matter shall be placed before the Home Minister for final approval before an order is passed, we deem it appropriate to extend the time to implement the order dated 22.04.2015 by six weeks from today.

This extension is pre-emptory. It is directed that the final order shall be passed within the time granted.

The application is disposed of.
