By order dated 20.01.2023, the submission of learned counsel for decree holder was recorded to the effect that the Master Data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs reveals that the judgment debtor - company is under liquidation. He sought time to ascertain further steps to be taken in this regard.

No affidavit has been filed in terms of this order, and instead the decree holder has made further attempt to serve the judgment debtor at its registered address which has naturally been unsuccessful. 3.

Mr. Ankit Jain, learned counsel for the decree holder, states that even today, the Master Data of the judgment debtor - company shows that it is under liquidation and the decree holder is making an attempt to identify the liquidator and to lodge its claim before the liquidator if OMP (ENF.) In view of the above, I do not see any purpose in keeping the present enforcement proceedings pending in this Court. The proceedings are disposed of, with liberty to the decree holder to lodge its claim before the liquidator of the judgment debtor - company in accordance with law, and/or to make an application for revival of the present petition, if necessary.
