As per the order the suit property is situated at NDSE Part-I, New Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 1st February, 2017 for further directions.
