% 22.02.2019 The Local Commissioner has executed the local commission. Her fee is to be paid by Defendant No.6. Let the same be done within two weeks. In view of the notification dated 4th July, 2018, since pecuniary value of this suit is less than Rs.1 crore, the suit is transferred to the Ld. District Judge, West District, Delhi for allocation to an appropriate Commercial Court to further proceed with the suit. Interim order already granted on 20th December, 2018 shall continue during the pendency of the suit, unless modified.

Both the parties to appear before the concerned Commercial Court on 26th April, 2019.
