CRL.M.C. 1930/2016 & Crl.MA 8202/2016 (for issuance of production warrants of the petitioner) This is a petition under S. 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner seeking setting aside the impugned orders dated 18.02.2016 and 17.09.2015 respectively passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-04 and Special Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi. On advance notice. Ms Sonia Mathur, learned Standing Counsel for CBI appears and has drawn the attention of the Court to the order-sheet dated 14.05.2016 according to which the matter before the Trial Court is now listed for pronouncement of judgment on 30.05.2016.

Under the circumstances, it will not be appropriate to interfere with the impugned orders as the matter is already reserved for final judgment. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
