% 12.05.2017 When the matter was called out in the pre-lunch session no one had appeared for the petitioner. There were two connected writ petitions also listed today they being, Writ Petition (Crl.) 1543/2013 and Writ Petition (Crl.) 1571/2014 which have been dismissed as withdrawn by order passed earlier today. Since no one had appeared for the petitioner in the pre-lunch session, the matter was passed over. Same remains to be the position even in the post-lunch session.

Since no one has appeared for the petitioner upon the matter being called out again till 03:42 p.m., the petition is dismissed in default. R.K.GAUBA, J.
