O R D E R

% 23.08.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.134/2014 under Sections 376 IPC lodged on the complaint of sister-inlaw of the petitioner. The allegations against the petitioner are that when her husband was not at home the petitioner forcibly sexually exploited her. The prosecutrix has already been examined in Court. There is a complaint filed by the complainant against her husband i.e. brother of the petitioner in CAW Cell Kirti Nagar which is pending enquiry.

Considering the facts of the case and the fact that the prosecutrix has already been examined, I find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the BAIL APPLN. 995/2016

like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that he will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned.

Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
