Learned counsel for the judgment debtor says that in terms of the order dated 04.08.2017, passed by the Allahabad High Court in Appeal No.2380/2017, a bank guarantee worth 75% of the awarded amount was deposited with the concerned District Court where the judgment debtors' petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending adjudication.

Furthermore, counsel for the judgment debtors says that the decree holder have moved an application for release of 50% of the amount which has been deposited by way of a bank guarantee. 3.
In these circumstances, the decree holder will have liberty to move the concerned District Court for release of the money which, in turn, will lead to OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 149/2018
compliance of order dated 04.08.2017 passed by the Allahabad High Court. 4.
