Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Sessions Judge (South-East District), Saket District Courts, Delhi on 09th May, 2016. Summoned witnesses Mr. Navneet Kaushik, Deputy Manager from HDFC Bank, Vrindavan Branch, Mathura and Mr. Vikas Kumar, Manager (Commercial operations), Nehru Place, New Delhi are present. Counsel for plaintiff has left the court without paying the diet money. They are discharged and since diet money has not been paid to them and witnesses shall be entitled to claim for the diet money even for today from the transferee court as and when they are summoned subsequently.
