% 27.03.2017 IA No. 3694/2017 This is an application on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC, inter alia, praying that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

A plain reading of the application indicates that the parties have settled their disputes on the terms as set out in the paragraph No.3 of the application. Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 are present in court and affirm that the settlement as indicated in the application is correct. Defendant No.1 is the proprietorship concern of the defendant No.2. The agreement is lawful and accordingly the application is allowed and the suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement as mentioned in Para 3 of the application.
