Learned counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the parties have amicably settled all their inter se disputes and a sum of Rs.30 lacs, as settled, has been received by the Plaintiff by way of Demand Draft bearing no. 546800 dated 06.08.2023 drawn on Punjab National Bank. This fact is acknowledged by the Plaintiff who has joined the Court proceedings virtually.

In light of the fact that a sum of Rs.30 lacs has been received by the Plaintiff in full and final settlement of all her claims, it is prayed that the suit be permitted to be withdrawn.

Suit is disposed of as withdrawn taking on record the settlement between the parties.
