% 26.10.2018 The petitioner was aggrieved by what she terms as a lackadaisical approach of the Investigating Officer; hence, she had sought a transfer of the investigations of the case to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW). She also claims to have supplied certain documents, obtained through RTI, which too were not being looked into by the said Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the State submits that the case has since been transferred to the EOW as of 15.10.2018.

No further orders are required.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
