By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of six weeks on the ground of taking care of his wife, who is ill as well as for arranging funds for the study of his children. 2.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.

Perusal of the record reveals that in para (C) of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that the Writ Petition (Crl.) No.360/2016 earlier filed by him, has been dismissed as withdrawn on 17.02.2016. 4.

In the given circumstances, the petitioner should have approached the Govt. of NCT of Delhi first before filing this writ petition for the relief sought.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for the relief sought in this petition.

The petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
