% 28.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith seeking liberty to move the Civil Judge by an application under Order XIV of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) seeking the third issue framed on 19.03.2018 to be struck off in view of the findings returned in judgment rendered on 22.02.2017 in civil suit No. 6695/2016 titled Ram Kishan Gupta Vs. Meena and Ors. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
