% 05.09.2016 The learned counsels for parties state that they have received the copy of the statement of disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 furnished by the proposed arbitrator. A photocopy of the said statement has also been handed over to the court. The same is taken on record. Accordingly, Mr Justice Anil Kumar (Retd), a former Judge of this Court is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.

The parties are directed to approach the sole arbitrator for fixing a preliminary hearing.

The petition is disposed of.
