O R D E R

% 17.05.2016 Mr Avi Singh, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the official respondent on advance notice, states that in view of the circumstance that the representation for parole filed on behalf of the petitioner on 01.04.2016 has not been determined by the competent authority in accordance with law so far, the competent authority undertakes to dispose of the said representation dated 01.04.2016 within a period of five working days from tomorrow, in accordance with law, under intimation to the petitioner. Directed accordingly.

Needless to state that in the event the representation as aforesaid is not disposed of within the time frame as undertaken or is rejected, the petitioner would have liberty to approach this court afresh. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be given dasti under signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
