Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the final assessment bill dated 13th May, 2016 according to which there are no dues against the petitioner in respect of Bill No. AGENR050320150020A0 dated 5th March, 2015.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of no dues certificate issued to the petitioner, the prayer made in petition stands redressed.

In view of the final assessment bill dated 13th May, 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks petition to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if any fresh demand is raised by the respondent in respect of bill in question.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.

CM 18151/2016 is also dismissed as withdrawn. J.R. MIDHA, J.
