% 28.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 380/16, PS Bharat Nagar under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has since been arrived at between the parties. Notice of the petition is issued to the State which is accepted by the learned APP on behalf of the State and at the outset a submission is made on behalf of the State that the charge sheet has not yet been filed and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed but during the course of investigation, the provisions of Section 392/395/397/506/34 have also been added and in relation to which it is now submitted by the learned counsel present on behalf of the petitioner that she seeks permission to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file it afresh bringing on record the alleged offences which have been added against the petitioners.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty granted, as prayed.
