CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 03.08.2018 Notice.

Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 Mr. Keshar Vilash and Mr. Mukesh Jain are present in Court along with their counsel and accept notice. They have been identified by SI Manoj Chauhan of police station Mundka (West). They submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have received the settled amount and they have no objection in case FIR No. 205/2016 under Sections 406/417/420 IPC

registered at police station Mundka (West) and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Dasti.
