CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 29.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has impugned the corrigendum order dated 08th June, 2016 issued by respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said corrigendum has been issued by modifying the earlier recognition order dated 02nd May, 2016 without giving any opportunity to the petitioner or even mentioning any reason in the said corrigendum. After some arguments, he submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and passed a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a time bound manner. Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, does not oppose the aforesaid course of action. Accordingly, the respondent No.2 is directed to treat the present writ petition
as a representation and passing a reasoned speaking order thereon within eight weeks It is made clear that, while deciding the representation, respondent No.2 would clearly set out the reasons for issuing the corrigendum modifying its earlier order, so as to enable the petitioner to avail appellate remedy, if the need so arises.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. REKHA PALLI, J.
