% 21.08.2018 The learned counsel for the decree holders states that the present decree be transferred to the concerned District Court at Bhuvneshwar as the judgment debtors reside in the jurisdiction of that court. It is also pleaded that the assets of judgment debtors No.1 to 4 are within the territorial jurisdiction of Bhuvneshwar. The prayer is allowed. The decree is transferred under Order 21 Rule 6 CPC.
