% 29.05.2018 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners concedes at the outset that the petitioners have not raised the grievances, as spelt out in the present petition before the respondents prior to approaching this Court for relief. 2.

We find that even the representation dated 02.03.2016, submitted by the petitioner No.1 to the respondents (Annexure P-12) does not flag the entire grievances raised by the petitioners in this petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that instead of pressing this petition, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the same and make a substantive representation before the respondents. At the same time, directions be issued to the respondents to consider the said representation and pass a speaking order under written intimation to them. W.P.(C) 5975/2018

4.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove, the petitioners are granted four weeks time to submit a substantive representation to the respondents, raising all the grievances subject matter of the present petition alongwith the supporting relevant documents. The respondents shall consider the said representation and pass a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt, under written intimation to them. 5.

If the grievance of the petitioners still survives, they shall be at liberty to seek legal recourse, as may be advised.

6.

The present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J PRATIBHA RANI, J MAY 29, 2018 na W.P.(C) 5975/2018
