% 01.06.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith seeking liberty to raise the issue of inadmissibility of unregistered and unstamped documents, the defect of non-joinder and the bar of limitation and under Order II Rule 2 CPC and Section 11 CPC as questions of law at the trial.

The petition and the accompanying applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti.
