By this petition, petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 0003/2018 under Sections 452/384/376/506/354C IPC registered at PS Anand Parbat, Delhi.

In the FIR in question the prosecutrix alleged that around 6-7 months ago while she was alone at her house and her husband had gone to the job and children to the school, the petitioner entered her house and after pointing knife he closed her mouth, threw her on the bed and raped her. He also prepared an obscene video of her on the mobile phone. Thereafter on the threat of uploading the video on the internet, the petitioner continued raping her. He also asked the complainant to give money to him after selling her house. After some time, the complainant told the facts to her husband and ₹8 lakhs were given to the accused person who demanded more money and BAIL APPLN. 1284/2018

the husband of the complainant gave him three cheques for a sum of ₹5.50 lakhs.

It is alleged that on 29th April, 2017 the petitioner came to the house of the complainant and showing the knife to her minor son, took her with him and she was again raped by the accused.

A perusal of the status report reveals that besides the FIR in question, the petitioner is involved in ten other cases. 5.

Prosecutrix is yet to be examined.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the prosecutrix is yet to be examined before the learned trial court, this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
