Learned counsel for the Appellant stated that Appellant has completed his sentence and the nominal roll substantiates this fact. 3.

The Appellant is resident of Nepal and the record, either with the Court or with the police, does not have any address of Nepal. 4.

Report on the process issued suggests that Appellant is not available at the local address and ultimately it has been submitted upon by both prosecution and learned counsel for Appellant (appearing through VC) that the matter may be disposed of.

In such circumstances there appears no reason to keep the appeal pending, as has been suggested by both the sides, therefore, the same stands dismissed as "infructuous".
