O R D E R

% 02.08.2018 The petitioners being adults have married each other of their free volition. They were granted protection by this Court in view of an apprehension of threat to their life, limb and liberty from respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parents of petitioner No.1 have now reconciled her matrimony with petitioner No.2. They are present in the Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners states upon instructions that the parents, indeed, cannot in any way pose a threat to their own daughter; they have accepted the marriage and their presence in the Court is testimony of the fact that they would want their daughter to be happy and that she has their blessings.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the

above, she would not press the petition any further. Accordingly, the petition is disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J AUGUST 02, 2018 RW
