The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the present petition.

It is submitted that during the pendency of the present matter, the parties have amicably settled their disputes. Thus, a fresh Settlement Agreement dated 08th March, 2024, has been arrived at between the parties. 3.

It is submitted that based on terms of the fresh agreement, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Considering the submissions made in the present application, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn, in the light of the fresh Settlement Agreement dated 08th March, 2024 between the parties.
