The counsel for the petitioners withdraws Contempt Case (C). 3.

The counsel for the respondents opposes contending that the matter having been placed before this Bench in terms of order dated 12th April, 2017 of the Roster Bench, owing to the need for interpretation of orders dated 7th July, 2016 and 8th July, 2016 authored by the undersigned, this Bench must give the requisite clarification.

I am of the view that once the contempt case in which the said order dated 12th April, 2017 was passed itself is being withdrawn, it will not be appropriate for me to say anything further.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
