Status report has been filed by the State to the following effect:- "In continuation to the previous status reports and the detailed Counter Affidavit submitted in this regard, it is further submitted that case FIR No.02/16, under Section 420/467/471/120B IPC, PS EOW, Delhi has been investigated thoroughly. From the facts emerged during the course of investigation the allegations levelled by the complainant Smt.Sarto Devi i.e. Petitioner herein could not be corroborated. Accordingly, cancellation report of the case has been prepared and the same has been filed in the trial Court. 2.

In view of the status report filed by the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as per law.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed.
