% 11.10.2018 1.
The limited grievance as raised in the present petition is that though the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 21.03.2016 to the Director General, SSB under Section 14(4) of the SSB Act, 2007, the same has not been decided so far. In response, learned counsel for the respondents had stated on the last date that no revision petition is maintainable against the orders passed by the Appellate Authority. He had further stated that the petitioner had failed to place on record, proof of service of the said representation dated 21.03.2016, on the respondents. 2.
At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, who was directed to file the proof of service of the representation in question on the respondents before the next, the matter was adjourned for today. However, no such proof of service has been filed.

3.
Learned counsel for the respondents states today that an order dated 03.05.2017 has already been passed by the Assistant Director (Pers-II), Directorate General, SSB, which refers to the revision petition dated 21.12.2016 filed by the petitioner through his Advocate. A copy of the said order is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner and to this Court which reveals that the Competent Authority has rejected the petitioner's revision petition by holding that his services were terminated on valid grounds.
4.
Now, that a copy of the order dated 03.05.2017 has been furnished to the petitioner, liberty is granted to him to seek legal recourse against the same, as may be advised.
5.
The present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J REKHA PALLI, J OCTOBER 11, 2018 na W.P.(C) 6301/2018
