HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 04.12.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sanjay Kumar of police station Harsh Vihar.

She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Petitioner has compensated respondent no.2 by paying `50,000/- to her in court towards the mental trauma suffered by her. She says that she has no objection in case FIR No. 285/2005 under Sections 186/353/342/34 IPC registered at police station Dilshad Garden is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice,

aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceeding emanating therefrom may be quashed Petition is disposed of in the above term.
