O R D E R

% 06.09.2018 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 29.08.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is agreed by the parties that in terms of the settlement agreement an amount of Rs.50 laks plus an amount of Rs.35 lakhs has been received by the plaintiffs. A sum of Rs.5 lakhs was to be paid by the defendants at the time of quashing of FIR. That has also been done and the said sum of Rs.5 lakhs has also been paid.

Nothing further survives in the present suit. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that he would like to withdraw the present suit. Parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement dated 29.08.2018. The present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications, if any, also stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The plaintiffs shall also be entitled to refund of the Court Fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
