The petitioners were occupants of the property bearing No.
10076/XII, Pul Bangash, New Delhi and had been displaced from the premises occupied by them as the same was required for construction of a Grade Separator at Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi. 2.
The petitioners had initially approached this Court seeking an order directing payment of compensation and interdicting the respondents from taking over the possession of the property in question. 3.
The prayers made by the petitioners in the present petition are now infructuous since the possession of the property in question has already been
taken over and the project is being completed. 4.
This Court is informed that a Committee under the Chairmanship of the concerned Deputy Commissioner has been formed which comprises of following persons: (a) ADM, LAC Concerned, Representative(s) of Land Acquisition Department; (c) Representative(s) of Local Bodies concerned; (d) Representative(s) of DDA.

In the circumstances, the petitioners seek to withdraw the petition with liberty to make an appropriate application before the concerned Deputy Commissioner.

The petitioner may make the application to the concerned Deputy Commissioner along with all relevant documents relied upon by the petitioners. If the said application is made within one month, the same would be considered by the concerned committee in accordance with the applicable policy, within a period of three months thereafter. 7.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations/directions.
