O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their dispute amicably vide compromise deed dated 20th March, 2017, therefore, FIR No.2228/2014 under Sections 325/341/34 IPC registered at police station Mehrauli on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by HC Sumer Singh PS Mehrauli. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that in view of the settlement he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the voluntary compromise arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 and the fact that respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.2228/2014 under Sections 325/341/34 IPC registered at police station Mehrauli, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
