By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed that the petitioner's application filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C. be directed to be disposed of with a further prayer seeking setting aside of order dated 15th January, 2018 and 8th May, 2018, whereby in the Execution Petition bearing No. 46/2016, the petitioner was directed to be taken into custody. 2.

It has been informed that the petitioner's application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. has already been decided by the Family Court vide order dated 1st August, 2019. So far as the direction regarding release of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner was released on interim bail vide order dated 4th December, 2018 by this Court and subsequently, vide order dated 19.11.2019. The Execution Petition is still pending before the concerned Court.

Section 127 Cr.P.C. application having been decided, nothing survives in the present petition.
