% 06.02.2019 On the last date of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner was asked to give the address of the person with whom the petitioner would be residing in case this Court grants bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has now received the information regarding the person with whom the petitioner would stay in case bail is granted. He has handed-over the name and address to learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The State will do the necessary verification to ascertain whether the person "HAPPY" has any control over the petitioner or not, so that if released on bail petitioner's surrender can be enforced. Renotify on 10th April, 2019.
