In view thereof, this court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition at first instance, in view of, para 93 of the judgment of Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. UOI (1997) 3 SCC 261. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move to Central Administrative Tribunal.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move to Central Administrative Tribunal.
