O R D E R
% 30.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amounts were transferred by the co-accused Sujit Kaul from the account of complainant and other clients in the account of Branch Manager, Sujit Kaul, who is main accused, during the period 1st March, 2016 till 10th April, 2017. Petitioner joined the bank only on 29th August, 2016. Only four such transactions were done after petitioner joined the bank. Not a single penny has gone in the account of petitioner. Entire money has gone in the account of Sujit Kaul. With regard to one transfer, I.D. of petitioner was used that too by the co-
accused as he knew the I.D. of petitioner.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
