The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petitioner be permitted to voluntarily wind up Galvanon Healthcare Software (India) Private Limited (hereafter "the said company"). The said company has already been struck-off from the Register of Companies under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 2.

The petitioner relies on the orders passed by this Court in several matters, including the orders passed on 21.12.2017 in Sandeep Singh & Anr. v. Registrar of Companies & Ors.; WP(C) No.11381/2017. It is seen that the said orders were passed at the material time to enable the petitioner therein to avail of the Condonation of Delay Scheme - 2018. The said Scheme has since closed and the benefit of the same cannot be extended to

the petitioners herein. Further, as noticed above, since the said company has been struck-off, it is now no longer open for the petitioners to initiate the procedure for striking-off, under Section 248(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
