% 02.06.2020 Crl.M.A. No. 7067/2020 The petition has already been disposed of vide the judgment dated 10.1.2019 and there have been further directions and orders made therein in relation to the modifications sought of the judgment dated 10.1.2019 by the Hon'ble Bench of Hon'ble Mr.Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva. The present application Crl.M.A. No. 7067/2020 filed on behalf of the applicant, i.e., the original petitioner seeking remission of the revised rent qua the alternative accommodation has been filed submitting inter alia to the effect that there has been an enhancement of 10% in rent w.e.f. March, 2020.

In as much as, as observed herein above, the petition and all subsequent orders seeking modification in relation to the prayers made for modification of the original order dated 10.1.2019 are under the directions of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, subject to orders of the Hon'ble the

Chief Justice, the proceedings in relation to the present application Crl.M.A. No. 7067/2020 be placed before Hon'ble Mr.Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva on 9.6.2020.
