% 27.03.2017 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.666/14 under Sections 135/138/150 of Indian Electricity Act registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.

(2) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 is present before the Court. I have enquired from him whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner amicably. He has informed that the matter has been CRL.M.C. 1240/2017

settled and all agreed dues have been paid, and he has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.
